Mandatory Pre-trip Meeting - April 7th @ 5pm at the OAC
Check In: We will meet at Verde Inn 10020 Country Club Lane NW
Albuquerque, NM 87114 at 6am, transportation from UNM and back can be provided.
The total time you will be with us the day of your flight is about 5 hours total from start to finish.
During the Flight: At 7:00AM we will launch from Coors Blvd, near Flix Brewhouse. We will be doing a "Hop Flight" taking 7 passengers up at a time while the rest follow in the chase van keeping a close eye on where the others are landing. Once the first group lands we will swap passengers and chase crew members! We will be in flight for about 45-60 minutes. In the air, you will be flying over the Albuquerque Valley seeing the Rio Grande River, Petroglyph Volcanoes, and the Sandia Mountains.
Landing/Post-Flight: More than likely we won\'t land at El Verde Inn. However, one of our chase crew vans will be following the balloon the entire time, so they will get you back to El Verde Inn. Once back, you will enjoy a celebratory toast and a photo opportunity with the crew! Be prepared to help assist in the balloon take down, as well as any tips you\'d like to contribute, all tips go straight to the crew and not the pilots.
